- Dial 123 from your mobile
- Select language version by pressing;
- 1 – for English
- 2 – for i-Taukei
- 3 – for Hindi
- Press #3 for Unwired
- Press your account number and followed by # key. Your account number is also your Ban number.
e.g Ban#128238 will be entered as - 128238#
Note that if you press a wrong account number, it will ask you to either re-enter your account number or press#2 to verify by phone number. If you enter wrong account number twice, your call will be directed to an agent straight away.
If you verify by phone number, and phone# is wrong, your call will also be directed to an agent.
- Press # 1 to confirm your account number if account number is correct.
- Press #1 on the next prompt for – “To get your unwired balance, add a bundle or request a usage report”.
- Press #2 on the prompt – “To top up an unwired postpaid account”.
- Your call will be directed to agent to complete your top up request.
