For non Digicel mobile users (charged service);
- Dial 7003123 from your mobile
- Select language version by pressing;
- 1 – for English
- 2 – for i-Taukei
- 3 – for Hindi
- Press #4 for Triple play
- Press your account number and followed by # key. You must only enter the numbers and not include the letter “T”. E.g Acc# T1234 will be entered as - 1234#
Note that if you press a wrong account number, it will ask you to either re-enter your account number or press#2 to verify by phone number. If you enter wrong account number twice, your call will be directed to an agent straight away.
If you verify by phone number, and phone# is wrong, your call will also be directed to an agent.
- Press # 1 to confirm your account number if account number is correct.
- Press #1 on the next prompt for – “To hear your Triple play data balance”
- You will be given your Anytime data balance via phone and followed by a txt message to your number stating the full breakdown of your balance for Anytime data and off peak data.
